Product Description

Process Optimization and Quality Control for powders and pellets . The MagModule ™ II MM2800 IMR Analyzer is an on-line process instrument designed for use in an industrial environment such as a polyolefin plants. It combines TD-NMR Relaxometry with chemometric analysis, and delivers real-time, non-destructive polymer analysis with certified safety for industrial environments.

The instrument is delivered with a fully automated extraction panel that is tailored to pellet or powder sample conveying. The instrument runs 24/7 and is controlled by the open architecture A/Ztec software suite. Typical applications include Xylene Solubles content (tacticity), flexural modulus, Charpy/ Izod, rubber/ ethylene content, crystallinity, MFR/MFI, and PE density. The MagModule ™ II is the only online analysis solution for hazardous polyolefin plant locations .
