Correflux 5420

Electrostatic particulate carryover sensor

Product Description

The Correflux 5420 carryover sensor is used to detect process upsets by measuring increases in the quantity of entrained particles in gas recycle and discharge lines between various process vessels. This information is critical to protect expensive down-stream equipment from damage caused by excessive particle carryover.

The Correflux 5420 carryover electrostatic sensor probe is engineered to be installed in the harsh conditions of reactor discharge lines and can be customized to be inserted into an available port or nozzle with standard flanged connections. It is designed to withstand the impact of entrained particles and to quickly alert plant operators of upset conditions. It is available in either an integral or remote electronics configuration to satisfy a variety of process requirements.
