Correflow® 5430

Electrostatic catalyst feed sensor

Product Description

The Correflow 5430 sensor monitors catalyst flow within gas phase catalyst feed lines.

Providing real-time feedback of electrostatic charge fluctuations, the sensor can detect catalyst pulses and flow changes which can signal problems such as plugged feed lines. This information enables plant operators to rapidly identify issues and take appropriate actions to avoid upsets.

The Correflow 5430 ring sensor is installed directly in the catalyst feedline. The sensor ID can be customized to match existing lines. This sensor is provided in either an integral or remote electronics configuration to satisfy a variety of process requirements.
